This whole week I had the awesome opportunity to play drums for worship up at Camp Harvest. I am worshiping alongside almost 140 or so students from the 6th grade to 8th grade. Not only do I get to help lead worship but I also am a cabin leader for 10 7th grade boys. They are a blast and sometimes overwhelming. Here they are pictured...
One of the cool things about this week was two nights ago and including yesterday morning. On Wednesday July 16, 2008 God gave me the awesome opportunity to share and lead 3 students to Christ. On Thursday morning He then gave me opportunity again to lead 3 more! I was so pumped about this!! I got to be used in this powerful way and experience first hand and be right there with the guys when they gave their lives to Christ. I got to hear them pray from the bottom of their heart to God crying out for His forgiveness and proclaim their new faith in Jesus who died for them and conquered their sin and their death when he rose from the dead. It was SOOOOO COOL to be apart of this in their lives! I'm blessed to have had this experience and I pray that God would continue to work in powerful ways in the lives of Anthony, Nathan, Zach, Dan, Camden, and Casey. Praise God!!
